NYC Transit replaced the pre-existing depot from 1990 with a new LEED Certified green building that has environmentally friendly features. These new features include a green roof that utilizes plants to cool the building, a rainwater collection system, and a bus wash water reclamation system. 

Five Star’s scope of work included the design and installation of the following systems: Feeders, underground utilities, power and lighting, grounding, electrical and communication room layouts, BMS, communication backbone, fire alarm, security/CCTV, access control, paging system, time clock, telephone/data, wireless LAN system, sound powered telephone, Keene fare collection, traffic control system, and Veeder root system.
