The UN project is inclusive of multiple contracts spanning from UN Capital Master Plan, UN Early Works, UN Public Address, UN Secretariat Building, UN Chiller, UN Conference Building, as well as UN Package 3.  This renovation updated the facility to ensure it is in compliance with local building codes and standards, replace deteriorated building components and systems, preserve the architectural integrity and original design of this historic complex, enable the complex to be operated in accord with today’s more advanced principles of energy conservation, sustainability and efficiency.
