30 Hudson Yards now stands at its total height of 1,296 feet. In addition to providing commercial office space for some of the world’s leading businesses, the 2.6-million-square-foot skyscraper also feature panoramic views from the highest outdoor observation deck in the western hemisphere. The platform is elevated more than 1,100 feet in the air and extends 65 feet from the building. Adjacent to the deck, on the tower’s 101st floor, British hospitality group Rhubarb will program a 10,000-square-foot restaurant, bar, and event space.
